Do I need to be MCS certified?
Yes. We only work with MCS-certified installers. This ensures quality for homeowners and means leads can access government grants like BUS.
How many installers per area?
We limit each postcode area to 3 installers. This ensures everyone receives worthwhile leads rather than creating a race to claim them.
What happens if I can't respond in 72 hours?
The lead is released back to other installers in the area. Repeated timeouts may result in temporary suspension to ensure homeowners get timely responses.
Can I choose which areas I cover?
Absolutely. You select the postcode areas you can service well. Only leads in those areas will appear in your portal.
What information do I see before claiming a lead?
You'll see the postcode area, property type, estimated heat pump size, and whether they're grant-eligible. Full contact details are revealed after you claim the lead.
Is there any obligation to claim leads?
None at all. You only claim leads you have capacity for. That's part of our commitment to quality.
